Sally Hansen Air Brush Make Up

I don’t care how many new products come out, I will always want to try them - this is simply based on my firm belief that there will always be room to improve a product and there will always be a new better bigger more awesomer (yeah, that’s not a word) creation that I cannot live without.

Enter Sally Hansen Air Brush Makeup…The can claims that it smoothes, firms, and protects…it is a spray on foundation! Like the kind they use on TLC’s What Not To Wear. You simply hold the can pointed away from you, spray (I have found quick short sprays to work best) the foundation onto a sponge and dab it onto your face, working it in as you go.

The directions actually say to spray it into your hands and work it onto your face, but I tried that and it left too much residue for my liking on my hands. I do like the fact that it has an SPF of 8 and it does seem to smooth out my entire complexion. The label is kind of misleading, it does a lot more than just give you a hint of color, etc., this stuff really is a foundation - and a good one to start your face for the day.

It comes in various shades, the one I bought was for fair skin and the color was “beach beige”, often I shy away from foundations with a generic “fair shade” on it as fair shades can come in many different colors, but this seems to work well for me and be generic enough to work for many fair shaded people.

So if you’re looking for a surprisingly lightweight, SPF friendly, model quality base to your makeup routine, start with this!

I have been using this product for a few years and love it-i actually spray it directly on my face-BUT-this takes practice and a stady LIGHT hand.. and you MUST use a headband to pull your hair back so you dont get any on your hairline.(or hair!) i also have a compressor airbrush system and this product works as well if used correctly
and you can always use it the traditional way by applying on a brush or sponge or fingers
    great coverage!
