Busy Women Need Quick Meal Ideas!

With our busy lives and full schedules, sometimes coming up with a great meal at home can be a real challenge.  Fast food and carry-out meals are so quick (with little cleanup) – but definitely affect the bank account!

Whether or not you love to cook, if you are looking for something new – something different – something fresh, you’ve GOT to check out FoodBuzz!

Foodbuzz

FoodBuzz is a community for people who love all things food.  Or people who just need to find something good to eat for dinner!

From restaurant reviews – to video how-to’s – to recipe collections – and more food-related content than you could imagine, FoodBuzz “finds all the best content for you.”

Membership is free.  Within 24 hours after joining, I already had 8 new friends – 3 of whom I now follow via RSS feed.  Since then, I’ve connected with 30 people and am finding real recipes that my family will enjoy.

FoodBuzz highlights “top” foodies every day and always offers great information right on the home page.

With the ability to post your family favorite recipes – you can always find them with a quick click.  You can personalize your profile with my favorite brands, allowing you to connect with people who share the same tastes – and finding even more recipes to you or your family’s liking.  Like so many other online networks, you can add photos, blog posts, feed your own blog into your profile, and so much more!

The variety of cuisine is really the most surprising aspect.  From vegan to meat lovers, from sushi to good ol’ hamburgers – FoodBuzz can open a whole new world to your kitchen.  Recipes are posted online, but you can also connect with your FoodBuzz friends’ blogs and websites for even more food related information.

Restaurant reviews can be helpful, too, if you need a quick bite and don’t want to cook.  You can add your own, of course, but you can always read what other people have to say about a particular restaurant, too.

The brand feature is not limited to food brands – they include appliances, cutlery, cookware, and more.  If you’re shopping for something new for your kitchen, you can find comments and reviews about items you may need or want.  You can even suggest adding your own favorite brands, if you’d like.

Do you like contests?  FoodBuzz offers a weekly raffle for friend referrals.  Up for grabs right now is a Cuisinart 4 Quart Programmable Slow Cooker!

If you have a personal blog – food related or not – you can find widget options for your personal blog which can connect you with other FoodBuzz readers, too.

Whether you are a woman who just needs a night off from kitchen duty – or whether you are a woman who finds herself again in the kitchen – FoodBuzz is a terrific resource and online community.

Helping busy women who need quick meal ideas.
