My guest this week on Natural Moms Talk Radio is David Goldbeck, co-author of The ABCs of Fruits and Vegetables.

His goal is to familiarize kids with vegetables at a very young age so they’ll be more likely to eat them. Sounds like a good plan to me!

His book is a lot of fun. The first part reads like a typical “A is for Apple” kind of book, but with all fruits and vegetables (pretty interesting what he does when he gets to X and Z!). The second part has fun activities, games and recipes for your kids to turn them on to produce.
