This is a simple recipe that will make your guests think you slaved all day to make it. Make sure you choose thick enough chops or stuffing them may get tricky.
Ingredients:
4 – 1″ to 1 1/4″ thick rib pork chops
3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
large pinch dry rosemary, crushed fine
large pinch dry marjoram, crushed fine
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 cup sweet onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
Process:
• Slit the pork chops along its length to make pockets
• Mix the breadcrumbs, butter, garlic, onion, rosemary, marjoram and salt, and stuff the mix into the pockets.
• Use a butcher’s twine or metal skewers to hold the edges closed.
• Grill the chops over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes on each side until the fat turns crisp and the meat is nicely cooked.
