Smoothies are awesome summertime fare. You can whip up a smoothie for breakfast or lunch (or heck – dinner too!) and save time, avoid heating up the kitchen with hot appliances, even save money.
“Eating” smoothies can help with weight loss too if you do it right. And don’t forget sneaking healthy ingredients in your yummy creations that the kids might spit out otherwise.
